Coop Pank warns of scam calls made in the bank's name

Attention! People are receiving fraudulent phone calls that seemingly come from a Coop Bank number, where the caller introduces themselves as a Coop Pank employee and asks the customer to submit their personal data: the bank account number, the bank card PIN or the three-digit CVC code on the reverse side of the card.

These calls do not come from Coop Pank and the caller’s phone number is fake. We never ask customers to provide their personal bank details over the phone. Please be careful and do not disclose your personal bank details to strangers.

If you have received an unsolicited phone call and shared your details, please inform us immediately by sending an e-mail to Coop Pank customer support at klienditugi@cooppank.ee or calling on 669 0966.

Coop Pank is not the only one to have recently encountered such cases. Please be cautious and share this message with your family and friends.
