Info  Dear client! Fraudulent phone calls and scam e-mails on behalf of banks are common, with scammers trying to gain access to a client’s bank account. Never enter PIN codes if you have not initiated the transaction yourself and remember that the bank will never ask for the PIN 2 code when entering the internet bank!

The General Terms and Conditions of the bank will change as of 1 October 2021

The main amendments to the General Terms and Conditions are as follows:

  • In the General Terms and Conditions terms of replacing the base rate in case the base rate set in the agreement entered into is not available, is no longer representative or cannot be applied due to another circumstance, are added.
