Dear customer! There is an increase in SMS fraud with fraudsters trying to gain access to the bank accounts of clients. If in doubt, do not open web addresses sent by the SMS. Read more here.

Income tax returns can be submitted until end of May

The Tax and Customs Board (MTA) has extended the income tax return submission deadline. The initial income tax return submission deadline was Friday, 30 April, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis the printed and electronic income tax return submission deadline has been extended until 31 May.

The e-MTA website accepts income tax returns until 31 May and the Tax and Customs Board service bureaus remain open as well, subject to compliance with the facility occupancy limit of 25 per cent.

Coop Pank clients can check their details and submit the tax return to the Tax and Customs Board via Coop Pank’s Internet banking website.

All former clients of Allied Irish Bank will also get their interest certificates from Coop Pank this year. The certificate shows the interest paid to the leasing company as well as to the bank. If you would like your interest certificate on paper, please contact our customer support or visit your nearest Coop Pank branch.
