Info  Dear client! Fraudulent phone calls and scam e-mails on behalf of banks are common, with scammers trying to gain access to a client’s bank account. Never enter PIN codes if you have not initiated the transaction yourself and remember that the bank will never ask for the PIN 2 code when entering the internet bank!

Making payments in Russian rubles

Due to holidays in Russia, payments will not be made in Russian rubles for the period from 30.12.2017 to 08.01.2018. The bank accepts payments in the interim, but they are transmitted through the correspondent bank on 09.01.2018.

29.12.2017 is a shortened settlement day for the processing of rubles - urgent payments received before 10:00 will be forwarded on the same day, later and ordinary payments next year.
