Dear client, during the Easter holidays from 29 March-1 April there will be no transfers of European i.e. SEPA payments. Transfers of intrabank payments and interbank instant payments will take place as normal.

Several important changes for the private and corporate clients of Coop Pank will take place on 1 June 2021

The private and corporate client price lists, the terms and conditions of private client banking plans, the Standard Terms & Conditions of Current Account Contract and the Standard Terms & Conditions of Internet Bank Agreement for private and corporate clients will change as of 1 June 2021.

The main changes in the price list of private clients are as follows:

  • the monthly fee of 2.49 euros will be applied to the clients using the Rahn banking plan who selected the plan before 1 April 2021;
  • the free limit of 10,000 euros per month for cash withdrawals with debit cards will be applied to clients who selected the Rändrahn banking plan before 1 April 2021;
  • a service fee will be applied to cash deposits made at branches. The service fee charged will be 0.5% of the amount if cash deposits to one’s own account exceed 1,000 euros per day and 4% of the amount (not less than 4 euros) if the cash is deposited in coins;
  • a service fee will be applied to exchanging coins for banknotes and vice versa – the service fee payable will be 5% of the amount (not less than 5 euros);
  • the conditions of reserving cash at a branch will be specified.


The main changes in the price list of corporate clients are as follows:

  • the service fees for cash deposits and withdrawals will change;
  • the fees for opening and management of the accounts of international corporate clients will change.


The main changes in the terms and conditions of the banking plans of private clients are as follows:

  • the procedure for calculation of service fees in relation to extra bankcards will be specified;
  • the procedure for calculation and payment of current account interest will be specified;
  • the procedure for calculation and payment of the plan termination fee will be moved from the price list to the terms and conditions of the banking plan.


The main changes in the standard terms and conditions of the current account contract are as follows:

  • the procedure for refusal to execute payment instructions will be modified;
  • the procedure for amendment of the terms and conditions in the case of corporate clients will be changed;
  • the procedure for termination of the agreement by the bank will be modified.


The main changes in the standard terms and conditions of the Internet bank agreement are as follows:

  • the option to appoint an administrator among the Internet bank users, who will have the right to add and remove users in the Internet bank and assign rights and restrictions to them, will be added;
  • the procedure for calculation of user limits will change.


The wording of the terms and conditions will be specified and the use of terminology will be harmonised in addition to the above.
