Terms and conditions will change in December

The General Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and the Standard Terms & Conditions of Settlement Contract and Debit Cards of the bank will change as of 1 December 2019.

The main amendments are as follows:

  • In the General Terms & Conditions of the bank, the grounds for refusal to establish a client relationship and extraordinary termination of a contract are updated, the adequacy of the documents submitted by a client about the origin of themselves or their assets is specified, the procedure for transfer of money upon the extraordinary termination of the contract is added and the wording of the terms is harmonised.
  • The deadline for ordinary cancellation of a corporate customer’s contract is amended to one month and the conditions related to open banking are updated in the Standard Terms & Conditions of Settlement Contract.
  • The options for authorisation of card transactions and the terms used are specified in the Standard Terms & Conditions of Debit Cards.
