Coop Pank opened a new branch office in Tartu

On Monday, 1 October, Coop Pank opened a new branch office in the Lõunakeskus shopping mall in Tartu. It will allow all private and business customers to perform the most sought-after daily banking operations: open an account, order a bank card or ask for financial advice in the sphere of banking.

According to Helle Luks, the head of the sales network of Coop Pank, the branch office in Lõunakeskus was opened with a view to bringing everyday banking services closer to people, under the same roof as Coop stores. “Coop Pank believes it is important that retail stores and daily banking services be easily accessible in all regions of Estonia. This is what we have been rapidly expanding for, and this is why we have now opened the branch office in Lõunakeskus, where customers can take care of their banking while they are shopping in the same location,” Helle Luks said.

The branch office in Lõunakeskus is cash-free. Cash can be withdrawn at the check-outs in Maksimarket next to the bank office or from any ATM in Estonia without extra service fee for customers holding a settlement account in Coop Pank.

Apart from the new branch office in Lõunakeskus, Coop Pank has an office in the center of Tartu on Ülikooli Street and a banking point in the Eeden shopping mall. Coop Pank employs 7 people in Tartu and has 250 employees in total all over Estonia.
