Due to the public holiday, our branches will be closed and customer support unavailable on 1 May. Payments will also be affected, so we ask all clients to take this into account.
Internal and instant interbank payments will be transferred as normal. Note that European i.e. SEPA payments will not be transferred on 1 May: they will be exchanged between and accepted by banks starting from Thursday 2 May. We recommend making all important payments by 15:20 on 30 April at the latest. The deadlines for the execution of payment transactions can be found here.
