Update your contact details easily in our online bank

Accurate details enable us to understand your needs better and serve you as well as we possibly can. If your details have changed, please let us know as soon as possible.

Many people and companies changed their e-mail address after the online.ee environment started charging a fee. If you’ve recently changed your e-mail address, be sure to update your contact details in our online bank as well. This way, we can share important information with you in the future and contact you easily if necessary.

When you update your contact details, also check other details such as your phone number, address and, in the case of a company, the list of beneficial owners.

Private clients must log in to our online bank and select Settings and My profile to change their contact details.

Corporate clients must log in to our online bank and select Settings and Client data to change their contact details.

Both private and corporate clients can also update their contact details at any of our 15 branches.
