    Changes to private client price list and to the standard terms and conditions of the services for private and business clients as of 1 January 2023

    We would like to let you know that changes to our private client price list and to the standard terms and conditions of the following services will be coming into effect on 1 January 2023:

    1. Terms and conditions of performing transactions– We are updating the terms and conditions in connection with changing the name of the accounting system.
    2. Standard terms and conditions of Internet bank agreement– We are updating the terms and conditions in connection with our adoption of new authentication methods. We are also clarifying the procedure for the appointment of an administrator as an Internet bank user.
    3. Standard terms and conditions of Coop debit card – We are updating the wording of the terms and conditions, including in connection with our adoption of a new card digitalisation method and new authentication methods. We are also adding amendments in connection with the contesting of transactions by business clients and the termination of business client agreements.
    4. Standard terms and conditions of Coop credit card for private clients - We are updating the wording of the terms and conditions, including in connection with our adoption of new authentication methods.
    5. Standard terms and conditions of charge credit card for private clients - We are updating the wording of the terms and conditions, including in connection with our adoption of new authentication methods. In addition, the account holder will henceforth be able to obtain a statement on their card account via the Internet bank or on request from any bank branch.
    6. Standard terms and conditions of charge credit card for business clients – we are updating the wording of the terms and conditions, including in connection with our adoption of new authentication methods and the card digitisation option. In addition, the account holder will henceforth be able to obtain a statement on their card account via the Internet bank or on request from any bank branch. The bank will henceforth have the right to amend the terms and conditions of a contract or terminate it unilaterally, notifying the client at least 1 month in advance.
    7. Private client price list - The fee for the issuing of a statement in a branch will henceforth be 10 euros plus 0.50 euros per page from the 10th page (as of the second statement requested each year). Moreover, the service fee for enquiries from foreign banks in connection with foreign payments will also be changing.

    If you do not agree to any or all of these changes, you have the right to terminate your agreement free of charge prior to the changes coming into effect. If you have not terminated your agreement by 1 January 2023, you will be considered to have agreed to the changes.
