    • You can submit the complaint by visiting the nearest Coop Pank branch, writing a message via internet bank or e-mail to or sending the complaint through the supervisory authority. Please specify if you want to submit the complaint on behalf of someone else, who gave you the power of attorney for representing his/her interests.

    • We solve your complaint without delay, but not later than in 15 (fifteen) calendar days as of receipt of the complaint. We will contact You as soon as possible to clarify the ciscumstances and keep you informed about the resolution. In case it is not possibe to solve the complaint within the specified term, we will inform you of the reasons for extending the term and the new due date of complaint resolution.
