Coop Pank’s general terms and conditions will be changing on 1 October 2025.

The main changes are as follows:

• in connection with the amendment of the Law of Obligations Act, we have supplemented the conditions for the extraordinary cancellation of the main payment service agreement of a private person (in clauses 13.3. and 13.4);
• we have added a further right for the Bank to establish restrictions on the use of the service, incl. to mitigate the risks determined by risk appetite linked to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (in clause 7.1.4);
• we have clarified the contact details of the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (in clause 14.6).
