Coop Pank AS withholds income tax at the rate of 22% from the interest payments made to private persons who are residents of Estonia. If you have decided to purchase securities via an investment account to defer the income tax liability, please fill in the form below to inform Coop Pank of your request to receive the interest payments in full.

We would draw your attention to the fact that the income tax liability cannot be deferred in the case of unlisted (e.g. AT1-type) bonds, which are not considered financial assets in the meaning of the Income Tax Act.

Please submit the declaration to us at least 10 business days before the interest is paid out if you would like to defer the income tax liability.

I confirm with this declaration that the bonds of Coop Pank have been acquired to the investment account indicated by me, which I declare as an investment account to the Tax and Customs Board. I would therefore like to use the investment account system and defer the payment of income tax on the interest payments received in said investment account.
