Changes to price list of private property financing

We hereby inform you that changes to the price list for private property financing services will take effect on 15 January 2024.

The main changes are as follows:

• The fee for entering into a home loan is up to 1% of the loan amount, min €100 (in the case of a construction agreement min. €350).
• The fee for entering into a loan secured with real property is up to 1% of the loan amount (min. €200).
• We have also standardised the price list of fees for amendments to agreements.
