Please be advised that the bank is amending the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Settlement Agreement entered into with business clients, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Bankcards and the bank’s price list for business clients.
The following amendments will enter into force on 1 June 2026:
- Access via the Internet Bank to receive information on effective card data and the PIN code and for sending requests for closing or blocking the card to the bank are a new option added for the account holder and the card user are added to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Pank Debit Card and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Fixed Repayment Credit Card for Business Client (clauses 5.10 or 5.12 of the Standard Terms and Conditions, respectively).
- for settlement agreements entered into as of 1 June 2026, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement state that if a private client changes his or her banking plan, the new banking plan with a lower monthly fee will also enter into force as of the calendar month following the submission of the respective request (clause 9.4.6. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement). This change does not apply to the business client banking plan.
The following amendments will enter into force on 1 August 2026:
- for settlement agreements entered into until 31 May 2026, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement will state that if a private client changes his or her banking plan, the new banking plan with a lower monthly fee will also enter into force as of the calendar month following the submission of the respective request (clause 9.4.6. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement). This change does not apply to the business client banking plan.
- in the bank’s price list for business clients:
- service fee for emergency account closure up to €130
- management of funds in a closed account €50 per month, which applies if the account has been closed at the initiative of the bank and, due to the client’s inactivity or restrictions arising from legislation, the bank has been unable to transfer the funds held in the closed account to the client’s or a third party’s account within 30 days of the account’s closure
- the issue of any account statement from a bank branch €10 (including current account, card account, savings account)
- the following fees for bank cards will change:
- withdrawal at Coop store using a credit card 2.5% of amount + €2/transaction
- express bank card order €30
- delivery of bank card by post to a foreign country €10, registered post €15
- service fee for submission of unjustified chargeback claim about a transaction €25, to which the costs of card organisations may be added
- the following fees for making payments will change:
- making an interbank payment and a European payment at a bank branch €5 (previously €3)
- cancellation of a European payment (if the payment has not been sent out of the bank) €3.20 and recall of a European payment (if the payment has been sent out of the bank) €20
- cancellation of an international payment (if the payment has not been sent out of the bank), recall of an international payment (if the payment has been sent out of the bank) and enquiries and corrections related to an international payment €32, plus possible costs for foreign banks (previously €20 + costs for foreign banks)
- the wording of the price list has also been clarified and harmonised for the sake of clarity.

If a client does not agree to the amendments to the terms and conditions, it is possible to cancel their agreement(s) before 1 August 2026. If the client has not notified us of their wish to do so before 1 August 2026, the bank will regard this as the client’s agreement to the amendments made to the terms and conditions.
