Pirkko Saar appointed as Coop Pank’s new Head of Human Resources

According to Arko Kurtmann, Chairman of the Management Board of Coop Pank, Pirkko Saar’s appointment supports the bank’s ambition to grow both its business performance and its organisation.

Pirkko’s experience in shaping employee experience, supporting managers and developing organisations will help us pursue this goal consistently. I am very pleased to welcome her to the Coop Pank team,” said Kurtmann.

Before joining Coop Pank, Saar worked at Telia for eight years, most recently leading the employee experience and working environment function. She previously worked at Telia as an HR business partner and held senior customer service positions at Tallink. Saar holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Tallinn University of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from Estonian Business School.
