Coop Pank has signed a new three-year agreement with the Estonian Volleyball Federation, under which the bank will continue as a key sponsor of the federation.
The agreement was signed on Monday, 17 August at a press conference held at Coop Pank’s headquarters for the national men’s team as they prepare for the European Championships. It continues the cooperation that began in 2024, when Coop Pank started supporting Estonia’s national volleyball teams and became the title sponsor of the youth cup competitions. The partners also jointly launched the campaign “Volleyball in Every Estonian School!”.
“Just as Coop Pank is a success story in Estonian banking, Estonian volleyball is one of the success stories of Estonian sport. Both have grown through ambition, consistent work and the belief that remarkable things can be achieved in Estonia. Volleyball brings people together across the country, and Coop Pank is pleased to contribute to helping our national teams pursue ambitious goals and encouraging more young people to find their way to volleyball. We wish Estonian volleyball the courage to dream big and to reach new victories and write new success stories over the next three years,” said Arko Kurtmann, Chairman of the Management Board of Coop Pank.
Kert Toobal, CEO of the Estonian Volleyball Federation, said: “Coop Pank has become a trusted partner of the federation, with its support giving added momentum to our highest level – the women’s and men’s national teams – as well as to youth volleyball, which is especially pleasing. Our shared values and passion for volleyball help create better opportunities for children in Estonia to be physically active, develop the next generation of players for our national teams and pursue ambitious goals in top-level sport.”
