Internet bank of Coop Pank is not accessible via Internet Explorer

As of 31 March, users of Internet Explorer will no longer be able to enter the Internet bank of Coop Pank.

“Microsoft has announced that they will stop providing support for Internet Explorer’s web browser this summer, as they will focus on their new web browser, Microsoft Edge, which offers more to its users,” explained Head of E-Channels Jan Annikve. “Most of our clients already use a newer web browser, but there are still some people who are used to Internet Explorer.”

“The support of the web browser is important to all banks, especially for guaranteeing security, and we therefore advise everyone to use Microsoft Google, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web browsers when they want to log in to the Internet bank.”
