Movement of payments and opening hours of branches during holidays

Due to Christmas holiday our offices are closed from 24.-26.10.2018 and during this period will also not be transferred payments. But payments within Coop Bank will be transferred as normal.
On 31.12.2018 our offices and customer support are open till 14 o'clock and settlement day will be shorter. You can find more detailed information on payments transactions during shorter settlement day here.
On 01.01.2019 our bank offices are closed.
In Russia, payments will not be made in Russian rubles for the period from 30.12.2018 to 08.01.2019. The bank accepts payments, but they are transmitted through the correspondent bank on 09.01.2019.
