    Please be informed of the following changes to our services during the holiday period

    Please note that our offices and customer support will be closed on May 1st.

    Intra-bank payments and interbank instant payments will be processed as usual during the holidays. However, on May 1st, we will not process SEPA payments to other banks, international payments, or domestic express payments.

    We recommend completing any important payments by 3:30 PM on April 30th. Detailed information on payment processing times can be found here.
