    The terms and conditions of the settlement agreement and bank cards, as well as the bank’s price lis for private clients, will change

    Please be advised that the bank is amending the Standard Terms and Conditions of the Settlement Agreement entered into with private clients, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Bankcards and the bank’s price list for private clients

    The following amendments concerning private clients will enter into force on 1 May 2026:

      Access via the Internet Bank to receive information on effective card data and the PIN code and for sending requests for closing or blocking the card to the bank are a new option added for the account holder and the card user are added to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Pank Debit Card, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Pank Credit Card Agreement, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Plus Agreement, Standard Terms and Conditions of Fixed Repayment Credit Card for Private Client and the Standard Terms and Conditions of Fixed Repayment Credit Card for Business Client (clauses 5.10, 5.11 or 5.12 of the Standard Terms and Conditions, respectively).for settlement agreements entered into as of 1 June 2026, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement state that if a private client changes his or her banking plan, the new banking plan with a lower monthly fee will also enter into force as of the calendar month following the submission of the respective request (clause 9.4.6. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement)in the bank’s price list for private clients:
      • for settlement agreements entered into from 1 June 2026, the Useful banking plan is without a monthly fee or subscription fee for clients up to 26 years of age and over 65 years of age
      • the new Unlimited plan will become available with a monthly fee and subscription fee of €6.99
      • current account interest is calculated on the daily balance of the current account (previously on the monthly minimum balance of the current account)
      • review of documents required to open a current account for a resident of a country that is not a contracting party to the EEA Agreement €195
      • for settlement agreements entered into as of 1 June 2026, the account management fee for a resident of a country that is not a contracting party to the EEA Agreement is €8 per month

    The following amendments concerning private clients will enter into force on 1 August 2026:

    • for settlement agreements entered into until 31 May 2026, the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement will state that if a private client changes his or her banking plan, the new banking plan with a lower monthly fee will also enter into force as of the calendar month following the submission of the respective request (clause 9.4.6. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement)
    • for settlement agreements entered into until 31 May 2026, under which a private client uses the Rändrahn banking plan, the Rändrahn banking plan will be changed to the Unlimited banking plan with a monthly fee of €6.99 and the list of services set out in the bank’s price list
    • The Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement will be specified and they will state that third-party partners are also allowed to offer the to the client additional services and benefits related to the card (e.g. insurance, etc.), and the provider of the respective additional service or benefit is responsible for their performance and the resolution of claims related to them (clauses 2.6, 7.9 and 11.5 of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement).
    • An amendment to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement will enter into force, according to which the bank has the right to close the Coop credit card on the same grounds that apply the right to block the card (e.g. for security reasons or reasons related to breaches of the agreement, clauses 4.10. and 4.13. of the Standard Terms and Conditions of Coop Credit Card Agreement)
    • in the bank’s price list for private clients:
      • for settlement agreements entered into until 31 May 2026, the Useful banking plan will be without a monthly fee or subscription fee for clients up to 26 years of age and over 65 years of age (previously for clients up to 26 years of age and over 55 years of age)
      • for settlement agreements entered into until 31 June 2026, the account management fee for a resident of a country that is not a contracting party to the EEA Agreement will be €8 per month (previously €5 per month)
      • the issue of any account statement from a bank branch €10 (including current account, card account, savings account), except once a year for transactions made up to 12 months ago free of charge
      • the following fees for bank cards will change:
        • Coop Sula withdrawal 2.5% of amount + €2/transaction for private clients with Coop credit card and fixed repayment credit card (previously 2.5% of amount + €1/transaction)
        • transfer from Coop credit card account to current account 2.5% of amount + €2/transaction (previously 2.5% of amount + €1/transaction)
        • fee for amendment of the terms and conditions of Coop credit card and Coop Plus agreement at least €10 (previously at least €6.50)
        • express bank card order €30 (previously €25)
        • sending a bank card abroad by post €10, registered post €15 (previously €5)
        • service fee for submission of unjustified chargeback claim about a transaction €25, to which the costs of card organisations may be added (previously €20)
      • the following fees for making payments will change:
        • making an interbank payment, a regular payment in euros in Estonia and a European payment at a bank branch €5 (previously €3)
        • cancellation of a European payment (if the payment has not been sent out of the bank) €3.20 and recall of a European payment (if the payment has been sent out of the bank) €20
        • cancellation of an international payment (if the payment has not been sent out of the bank), recall of an international payment (if the payment has been sent out of the bank) and enquiries and corrections related to an international payment €32, plus possible costs for foreign banks (previously €20 + costs for foreign banks)
      • the wording of the price list has also been clarified and harmonised for the sake of clarity.

    If a client does not agree to the amendments to the terms and conditions, it is possible to cancel their agreement(s) before 1 August 2026. If the client has not notified us of their wish to do so before 1 August 2026, the bank will regard this as the client’s agreement to the amendments made to the terms and conditions.
