Changes to terms and conditions of contracts

The terms and conditions of Coop’s settlement plan and standing order contracts (including e-invoice standing orders) will change on 1 May 2019.

• The terms and conditions of the settlement plan for private and business clients will be separate as of the entry into force of the changes. Henceforth, private clients will only pay the monthly fee for the settlement plan if they have used their settlement account.
• The terms and conditions of standing order contracts (including e-invoice standing orders) have been reworded and their terminology is now consistent.
