Changes to Cash Drawer terms and conditions

    30.03.2026

Clients should be aware that changes to the standard terms and conditions of the Cash Drawer agreement will take effect on May 31, 2026.

The main changes are as follows:

    • Information on the current interest rate will be available in the Internet bank, at bank branches and online at www.cooppank.ee; depositors won’t be informed separately of any changes to the rate (point 3.4).
    • The depositor will have the right to unilaterally terminate their agreement at any time by notifying the bank of their wish to do so one (1) day in advance (point 4.3).

As requested by our clients, the option of entering into multiple Cash Drawer agreements is also under development. In connection with this, the following terms and conditions will be changing:

    • Once it becomes possible to enter into multiple Cash Drawer agreements, the depositor will be able to start making deposits and withdrawals between Cash Drawers without having to pay a service fee to do so (points 2.2.1 and 2.2.3).
    • If a depositor enters into multiple Cash Drawer agreements with the bank, they can choose automatic saving linked to transactions as their method of depositing funds in the Cash Drawer for only one Cash Drawer agreement (point 2.1.3.3).

The new standard terms and conditions of the Cash Drawer agreement can be found here.

If you have any questions, e-mail us at klienditugi@cooppank.ee or call us on 669 0966 (8:30-19:00 Monday-Friday).
