Coop Pank expanded the cash withdrawal and deposit service to credit cards as well

Banks have closed many ATMs and branches in the last 10 years, which means that there are fewer options for withdrawing and depositing cash throughout Estonia. However, people still actively use cash and its accessibility has become a problem in many regions. This is why we launched our cash service in 2018, which makes it possible to get cashback from all Coop stores, and another service in 2019, which allows clients to deposit cash in their accounts as well.

Coop Sula was well received by clients and we’re now expanding the service to credit cards in addition to debit cards.

It is possible to withdraw and deposit cash in almost 300 Coop stores. Cash withdrawal with a credit card is subject to a service fee of €1 plus 2.5% of the amount withdrawn. Cash deposit with a credit card is subject to a service fee of €2 plus 0.5% of the amount deposited.

We have also reduced the credit card replacement fee to 5 euros in Coop Pank’s price lists for private and corporate clients and added the option for submission of urgent credit card requests. Read more about Coop Sula here.
