Movement of payments and opening hours of branches during holidays

Due to holidays our offices and customer support will be opened till 2 p.m. on 23rd and 31st of December. On December 24th and January 1st, our offices and customer support will be closed.
Payments within Coop Bank and instant payments between banks will be transferred as normal. More than 90% of initiated payments are instant payments, but if there are important payments planned, we recommend that these will be made in good time before the holidays.
On December 24 and December 31 urgent payments will be made until 11.00 AM, international payments and ordinary Estonian payments will not be transferred from December 24 to December 26. The terms for executing payment transactions are specified in more detail here
