New Coop Bank head office opens in Skyon office building

    02.09.2021

The head office and Tallinn City Centre branch of Coop Pank are new located in the brand new Skyon office building at Maakri 30, Tallinn.

The offices of Coop Pank are located on the first ten floors of the 26-storey Skyon building where they have 3,500 square metres of premises, which exceeds the space the bank had in its former head office by a third.

According to the CEO of Coop Pank Margus Rink, the move to bigger premises supports the growth ambitions of the Estonian bank: “Coop Pank has been growing in recent years in terms of business volumes as well as the number of clients and employees. The new head office in the Skyon office building allows us to continue growing. The new premises offer our people a comfortable and healthy working environment and comply with contemporary energy efficiency and sustainability requirements.”

Rink added that since the bank purchase in 2017, Coop Pank has grown by ca 40% every year and established more than 130 new jobs in the last four years. “We were looking for a bigger, contemporary, inspiring and energy-efficient working environment that would be easy to access for employees and clients alike. The Skyon building met these criteria the best.”

Coop Pank’s Tallinn City Centre branch, which to date has served clients at Narva mnt 4, is also located at Maakri 30. The new branch will be open from 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday.
