    Opening hours and transfer of payments during the Christmas and New Year holidays

    All of our branches and customer support will be closed on 25 and 26 December and 1 January for the Christmas and New Year holidays.

    Internal and instant interbank payments will be transferred as normal. More than 90% of the payments initiated in Coop Pank are instant payments, but if you plan to make any important payments, we recommend doing so before the holidays.

    We will not be transferring any European or instant payments on 25 and 26 December or 1 January. The deadlines for the execution of payment transactions can be found here.
