Opening hours and transfer of payments during the public holidays

Please note how the forthcoming Easter holidays will affect the transfer of payments.

Internal and instant interbank payments will be transferred as normal.

There will be no transfers of European payments from 7-10 April. (Note that Monday, 10 April is also a public holiday in international payment systems.) Nor will there be any foreign settlements from 7-10 April.

We recommend that all important payments be made by 15:30 on 6 April – that way, payment instructions will be passed on before the public holidays. For transfers made during the public holidays we recommend using, where possible, internal bank settlements. The deadlines for the execution of payment transactions can be found here.

All of our branches and customer support services will be closed on Friday 7 April. We apologise for any inconvenience.
