Coop Pank’s general terms and conditions will be changing on 1 March 2024

The main changes are as follows:

  • We have elaborated on the conditions for refusing to open a main payment account for a private client (point 4.10) and for the extraordinary closure of such an account (points 13.3 and 13.4)
  • We have added a clause setting out that the bank has the right to upper establish limits on payment transactions and cash transactions in the emergency situations defined in law, or if the threat of such an emergency exists, so as to ensure the continuity of vital payment services (point 7.1.7)
  • We have updated the wording throughout the terms and conditions in the interests of greater clarity and comprehensibility
