Notifications and information requests

Quick information via the SMS service:

  • SMS notification about changes in your account balance – you can choose the amount starting from which you wish to receive information about changes in your account balance and the time when you wish to receive messages
  • Information requests via SMS or over the telephone by sending a message to the short number 15980 (from the numbers of Estonian operators anywhere in the world) or by ringing +372 5661 5980 (both Estonian and foreign operators)

In information requests, information may be requested:

  • account balance, available balance, reserved amounts, last transactions effected in the account
  • available limit on the card, limits used, favourable terms and conditions, last transactions effected using the card

To be able to use the SMS service, an agreement has to be concluded at the branch.
