      Frequently asked questions

      No – when you open an account, you have to sign a settlement agreement, which includes the Terms and Conditions of Settlement Agreement together with the terms and conditions of a banking plan. You can choose our free ‘Basic’ plan.

      Of course! And you can do so in our app or Internet bank.

      Note that if you switch from the Useful or Unlimited plan to the free Basic plan, or from the Unlimited plan to the Useful plan, you can continue using the benefits of your current plan until the end of the current month. The new plan will take effect from the beginning of the next month.

      This bonus is the amount you earn when shopping in Coop stores and which Coop Pank pays into your account. By paying in our stores with your Coop Pank debit card, you earn a 1% bonus on every purchase. In addition to cashback, the customer loyalty program bonus system of Coop stores will also remain in effect.

      You earn cashback when paying with a Coop Pank debit card linked to an account with the Useful or Unlimited plan.

      The Unlimited plan includes personal travel insurance, which covers the plan owner.
