    What do I have to do to get the bonus?

    1. Firstly, use Coop Pank as the main bank for your company.** If you don't yet have a business client account, you can open one here.
    2. Next, enter into a merchant bonus agreement with us here.
    3. Finally, start using the Montonio online payment solution. Signing up is free of charge and integrating the system is simple. Payments made to you via Montonio should be directed to your company's account in Coop Pank.

    * The bonus is paid once a quarter at a rate of up to 2% of your company's average account balance per annum.

    Merchant bonus – good to know

    • Standard terms and conditions of merchant bonus agreement

    • It means that whenever an invoice is generated by your accounting software, a payment link or button is automatically appended to it. If the client clicks on said link or button, a page opens up in their browser on which they can choose their payment method (e.g. a transfer from their home bank). This then opens up their bank’s payment page, where they can log in to their account and confirm the transfer.

      This makes paying invoices quicker and easier, because the payer no longer has to copy and paste any of the invoice details. Your company’s IT specialist or partner will have no trouble integrating the system – all they need to do is look at the documentation for both Montonio and your own accounting software.     • No, it’s not just a campaign. Our aim is to offer the bonus on an ongoing basis, so there’s no end date attached to it. That said, as with our other products, we reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions of the offer or to terminate it altogether, providing sufficient advance notification to this effect.
    • You’re right, it does sound good – and there’s no catch! We’re able to offer this service by combining Coop Pank’s strengths with those of Montonio. Of course, this means that businesses have to be active clients of both our companies.
    • Coop Pank pays the bonus into your company’s current account on the 24th of the month following the end of a quarter. It works like this: you pay your Montonio invoices; Montonio submits a report to us on clients who have entered into online trader’s bonus agreements; we check whether you’ve met the conditions needed for you to earn the bonus; and if you have, we calculate it and transfer the amount to your company’s account in Coop Pank.

    • No. The bonus is only calculated on the cost of the Montonio payment solution (i.e. monthly fee of service plan, sending payment links, bank payments, credit card payments and payment services like Apple Pay and Google Pay). The cost of deliveries, hire purchase and other services is not covered.
