Info  Dear client, The online bank and mobile app of Coop Pank will not be available for use from 02:00 to 14:00 on Sunday, 24 September, because of scheduled development work. There will also be disruptions in making payments online and authentication via bank link during this period. During this period, it will be possible to make payments with Coop Pank cards in the physical payment terminals of all points of sale and to withdraw cash from all ATMs and the checkouts at Coop stores. Forget the hassle of importing data between programmes – Coop Pank’s Gateway will help you quickly, conveniently and securely link your company’s accounting to your bank services!

All you need to do is choose whether to interface the programme yourself or to do so via our partner’s accounting programme.

Joining via our partner's accounting software is free of charge and comes with no monthly fees! When submitting your application, click on 'Via financial software' and select your accounting software from the list.

If you would like to join via the accounting programme, you won’t need to develop anything yourself, and joining is both simple and free of charge. Just fill in the application form and we will get in touch with you to sign a contract.

Gateway notifies you of transactions and enables you to obtain real-time information in your company’s information system about the processing of payments.

Quick and convenient

Making everyday payments is quick and convenient. Gateway enables payment orders to be both confirmed and paid without exiting the accounting programme.

  • Bank statements for the previous day are available to everyone with no monthly fees.
  • All services (incl. urgent notifications) are free of charge for those who sign up via accounting software.
  • Transfer of large payment files (max. 5000 payments in one file).
  • Payments can be sent to the Internet bank for confirmation.
  • If you develop the Gateway interface yourself, the monthly fee is the best on the market!
  • No additional fees are charged on payments, because all euro payments in the Corporate Plan are free of charge.
  • Account enquiries are available for the last seven years.

Financial software Additional information
Merit Aktiva and Merit Palk After entering into an agreement, go to the Merit software section ‘Bank account details’ and tick the ‘Establish direct connection with bank’ box. This connection can be activated using the ID card or Mobile ID of a member of the management board.
Directo After entering into a Gateway agreement, go to the Directo programme and click on ‘Group rights’ (or ‘User rights’) and then ‘Other’ and enable the channel Coop Gateway. In addition to at least one method of payment, you must also designate Coop Gateway as the Export channel.
Rapid Once an agreement has been entered into in the bank, call Rapid customer support on 4330077 or 56350700 or e-mail rapid@tttarkvara.ee. Customer support is available from 9:00-16:00 and will help you set up the programme as needed.
Standard Books Once the bank has activated the agreement, contact Excellent customer support to obtain a COOP Agreement ID. Enter the Agreement ID in the settings field in Standard Books under Module General > Settings > Bank interface settings > COOP Pank > COOP Agreement ID.
Korto To activate the service in the Korto programme, open the Coop Pank Gateway settings, tick the ‘Service activated’ box and enter the number of the agreement entered into in the bank.
Joosep Once the agreement has been entered into in Coop Pank, open “Institution’s bank settings form” in Joosep and select ‘Export format: Send immediately to bank’. This will enable you to export payments and to import statements without entering the bank.
SAF Submit a request to join by selecting "I will develop Gateway myself". After signing the contract and installing the security certificates, open "Options - Other options - Own company" in the SAF Administrator programme and copy the thumbprint of the certificate installed there and the COOP Gateway client code, and select EE as the country.
