Bank financing of up to 80% of the project cost

The loan amount is disbursed in a lump sum or in instalments to the company's current account at Coop Bank

Collateral

- Mortgage on real property (developed land, apartment ownership, right of superficies)

- EIS (formerly KredEx) or MES guarantee, commercial pledge on fixed assets and other movable property, deposit, personal or legal entity guarantee

Small and medium-sized company

This loan is suitable for companies of which at least:

• 51% of the owners or ultimate beneficiaries are women; or
• 40% of the members of the management board are women.

A commercial association registered in the Republic of Estonia or a self-employed person registered in the commercial register

The equity of the commercial association must comply with the requirements established by law

Financial statements

- Annual report for the last 2 financial years (audited annual report if there is an obligation to audit and the report has not been submitted to the business register)

- Quarterly financial statements for the current financial year, no older than 2 months

Expert valuation of collateral, prepared by a real estate company accepted by Coop Bank
