Info  Dear client! Fraudulent phone calls and scam e-mails on behalf of banks are common, with scammers trying to gain access to a client’s bank account. Never enter PIN codes if you have not initiated the transaction yourself and remember that the bank will never ask for the PIN 2 code when entering the internet bank!

The mobile bank is available both in App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android).

Secure means of identification

  • You can log in to the Internet bank with ID-card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID.
  • Do not give your means of identification to other persons and keep your PIN codes and passwords secret.
  • Notify the bank about the loss or theft of your means of identification or if they have become known to other parties, telephone us on +372 669 0966.

Protected equipment

  • Use antivirus programs and a firewall to protect your computer; you can download an antivirus program and a firewall online.
  • Use more recent versions of the operating system and the browser and enable the automatic uploading of updates.
  • After logging out of the in the Internet bank, close the browser window.
  • Use an automatic screen lock to restrict access to the computer or telephone by unauthorised persons.

Reasonable limit

For using the Internet bank, set a reasonable limit that does not exceed your needs.
