On December 24th till 25th and January 1st, our offices and customer support will be closed.
Payments between banks will not be transferred during the holidays. Payments within Coop Bank and instant payments system will be transferred as normal. More than 90% of initiated payments are instant payments, but if there are very important payments, we recommend that these be made in good time before the holidays.
